The UIW Teacher Network offers high-quality support to our graduates as they enter the teaching profession beyond our certification program. We provide our members with opportunities to collaborate and grow professionally beyond college graduation.

Our goal is to provide our teachers with on-going support during their critical first three years of teaching. Current research shows that many teachers leave the profession within the first five years. The UIW Teacher Network is committed to helping our alumni remain in the classroom well beyond those five years.
